Ugh, what a day

Yep that sums it up

At least training is going well. Although my neck is a little sore because I’ve been playing inverted so much. Next step: invert with purpose, not just “GO INVERTED AND HOPE AWESOME THINGS HAPPEN.”

I have a dehydration headache :(

I’m really frustrated with my teammates.

I’ve got a few nagging injuries that won’t leave me alone.

I’ve been waking up at 3am every morning again.

Life would be so much better if I could sleep properly.

  1. Do you like to mimic anyones game in particular or have a favorite competitor that does spiderguard mines is leandro lo. Do you do any strength training that helps your spiderguard specifically and do you drill your sweeps at all?

I don’t do any strength training specific to spider guard, that would be pretty difficult I think. As for drilling, I drill every day for an hour. It’s not always spider guard sweeps or anything, sometimes it’s other stuff.

I don’t mimic anyone’s game, honestly. I do what feels good and easy for my body, and that is always changing. Leandro Lo has an amazing spider guard, but he’s very tall, and I’m not, so I have to play differently than him. I really like to watch him because he’s so dynamic, though.
