We trained with the guys at Art of Jiu Jitsu a few times this week.
Training with AOJ after too much C4:

Watching someone put the Miyao bros in toeholds:

Trying to berimbolo anyone from AOJ:

Looking around the room during sparring with the AOJ guys:

“Today’s conditioning is going to be easy. Go run 1600m with a 20 lb medicine ball, do 100 push ups, 100 pull ups, 100 squats, and 100 sit ups. For time.”

What I saw when my teammate dropped me on my head this morning:

Heavyweight double guard pull:

My reaction whenever I hear the Harlem Shake:

When a heavyweight gets an americana on me even though I’m defending it:

Falling off the mats at AOJ (If you’ve never seen them, they’re raised off the floor):

“I’m so much faster than you are.”
“No way, par.”
“Want to bet?”
“….Yes.”

How threatening I seem to the competition team:

How threatening I wish I was:

The apparent general relationship between AOJ and Atos San Diego:

Pulling an all-nighter on Sunday night for no reason then having to train three times on Monday:

The general mood at Atos after hearing about Keenan/Jordan/JT:

Your blogs is great keep up the good work
Have seen a lot of discussion regarding Kennen and JT but not a lot regarding Jorden your post above suggests he has come over with the others, gif kinda says it all but I am interested in we’re he goes as like in your previous blog post, I have a lot of respect for him blowing the whistle and taking a stand.
So if you can could u please confirm who has joined Atos?
I won’t be able to confirm anything until they walk in the door, and I don’t know any more than GracieMag does… but it’s looking promising for sure
Lol…love it.
